Welcome Kellie Kamryn

Today I'm so glad to welcome Kellie Kamryn. Not only is she putting up with my interview questions, but she's also holding a giveaway on my blog! Info below.

Q: Tell me a little bit about yourself. What do you do for fun?
I love writing and narrating books so I think work is fun! Most of the time. Editing a manuscript before it’s released can be a grueling experience, but it brings me one day closer to release day! (Gotta see the bright side, lol) I do force myself to leave prison, er, I mean home once in a while by going out for meals with friends or shopping, unless it’s grocery shopping then that’s a chore, but if I bring my iPod it’s okay. I enjoy cuddling up with my kiddos to watch The Big Bang Theory together. All right – I’ll stop rambling about my boring life now, lol

Q: What do you like most about the genre you write in?
I like that with the publisher’s I work with, I can push the envelope with my writing and they allow me to do so. I’m able to use language and explore scenarios I wouldn’t in everyday life so it keeps things interesting.

Q: Where is your favorite place to write?
In my house when it’s quiet and my kids are at school. I’m not one of those coffee shop writers who sit in a Starbucks because being the little old woman who had so many children she didn’t know what to do, I don’t often get away to write. I’ve learned how to focus with the chaos going on around me sometimes, but now that all of my kids are in school full time, I have lots of hours in the day to do what I love. Now I need more hours in the day, lol

Q: What’s your next project?
I’m working on an erotic romantic suspense and the next book in The Harder series. Celery, Sex and Other Good Things for the Heart is now available, and Chocolate, Sex and Other Tasty Treats for the Soul will be out in November. Monkeys, Sex and Other Birthday Surprises was the first one published a year ago.

Q: How do you feel about Dr. Pepper?
You want me to feel up Dr. Pepper?!?!?! Oh, sorry – how do I feel about it? Well, he’s a nice red color, bubbly, and tasty, with a hint of cherry. I used to really love it as a kid, but now I don’t drink soft drinks any more. My kids however do like Dr. Pepper and always ask for it as a treat.

Celery, Sex and Other Good Things for the Heart
On the eve of her sister’s birthday party, Miranda knows her sister will be getting some action from her dream man. After all, Miranda did orchestrate them meeting in person. Jealous, Miranda thinks it’s high time she get some herself, and who better to satisfy her needs than her hot friend, Dan? But Miranda doesn’t like it vanilla and worries that Dan may be all talk and no action.
Thrilled doesn’t begin to describe Dan’s feelings when he and Miranda finally agree to act on their attraction. He knows she struggles to maintain control of situations, largely due to her unpredictable family who create havoc in her life. He is willing to let her take control in the bedroom, but knows he has to make her see that surrendering to him is what she really needs.
Throw in her interfering family, a surprise visit from her brother and his pet primate, Miranda’s wish to make an ordinary vegetable sexy, and it makes for an evening neither one will soon forget. These lovers discover that love is even better for your heart than celery.

Chocolate, Sex and Other Tasty Treats for the Soul
Two’s company, but three’s far sweeter.
Marnie Harder wants what her sisters have found - love. One sister found it on-line, so why couldn't she? Bi-sexual female seeking committed menage. Rather than view internet porn, she's determined to use her computer time more wisely, and decides to find a website catering to her sexual orientation where she can place an ad.

Before she gets that far, she discovers her new neighbors, Madison Williams and Drake Ellison, are as attracted to her as she is to them. The night Madison knocks on her door to "borrow" something, turns into a lust-filled evening with the two that Marnie won't soon forget. Leave it to her family and a meddling monkey to spoil the morning after.

But in the wake of candy wrappers, wild passion, and broken furniture, will Marnie find what she's been looking for?

Now for the giveaway... Kellie is giving away an autographed copy of Rebound! Just leave a comment with your email address to win. Contests ends at midnight on Nov 21st. Best of luck!

Rebound - Claire LeMay is at the top of her game – she’s head of a prominent gymnastics facility with her gymnasts winning awards for her outstanding choreography. Now her biggest challenge is to coach alongside the man she’s avoided for three years after he demanded she live in his shadow instead of forging her own path. After sinking every penny of his inheritance into his state-of-the-art gymnastics facility, Justin Black has achieved his dream. But even with hundreds of members and well-trained coaches, when Claire’s presence invades his space, he reluctantly admits she’s the one thing missing in his life. Oblivious as to why she walked out on him three years ago, he attempts to call a truce. As their old passion tumbles out faster than a gymnast sprinting down the vault runway, they realize they are in the same impossible position as they were three years ago. Are they destined to repeat the same old routine or will they be able to choreograph a new one?

    1. Calisa, that monkey makes an appearance in all of the books and causes all kinds of mayhem. I'm currently working on the fourth book in the series, and Scottie (the capuchin) gets his own romance, lol well not the whole story... ;)
